About This Project
Our clients in Warminster, PA, wanted to expand their living space with a rear family room addition and a welcoming porch. Giuliani Builders worked closely with the client—who was hands-on throughout the project—to bring the vision to life. The interior features a spacious family room with exotic Amendoim Brazilian hardwood floors, a stunning gas fireplace with a stone finish, and custom-built maple cabinets. Communication was a key priority, with daily updates ensuring the client was informed every step of the way.
The exterior enhancements include a porch roof that creates a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation and a beautifully crafted retaining wall with steps, completed in partnership with DePaul Masonry.
