Family Room Addition and Porch Renovation in Warminster, PA

Location: Warminster, PA
Building Type: Single-Family Home
Duration: 3 months

About This Project

Our clients in Warminster, PA, wanted to expand their living space with a rear family room addition and a welcoming porch. Giuliani Builders worked closely with the client—who was hands-on throughout the project—to bring the vision to life. The interior features a spacious family room with exotic Amendoim Brazilian hardwood floors, a stunning gas fireplace with a stone finish, and custom-built maple cabinets. Communication was a key priority, with daily updates ensuring the client was informed every step of the way.

The exterior enhancements include a porch roof that creates a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation and a beautifully crafted retaining wall with steps, completed in partnership with DePaul Masonry. The client shared, “Dan welcomed my input and kept me informed throughout the build. I’ve already recommended his services to others and will continue to do so.”

Our architect recommended three builders for our project. Dan was the only one who responded to my call. He came out and we went over the plans. I’m pretty hands on with not only the design but also how things were constructed. Dan welcomed my inputs and encouraged our interaction through out the build. One of my pet peeves are contractors that do not keep you informed about what was going to be done and when, as well as what sub contractors would be on site and when. Dan and I conversed almost daily as the project progressed always keeping me informed. I have already recommended his services to others and will continue to do so.
