Giuliani Builders ("Giuliani Builders", "we", "us" or "our") is a general contractor based at 218 East Pennsylvania Avenue, Oreland, PA 19075. We build custom homes, additions, and renovations in Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware counties, Pennsylvania, and in Cape May County, New Jersey.

This policy explains what information we collect through giulianibuilders.net, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It covers this website and its free consultation and contact forms.

It does not cover other websites you reach from ours. Those sites have their own policies.

You give us information directly when you request a consultation or send us a message. That can include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The town where the project is
• What you are planning: the type of project, the budget range, and when you want to start
• Any details you add in the message box
• Photos or plans you choose to upload

• A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or reorganized

This site is for homeowners planning construction work, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in systems that only our office can access.

No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure. If you have something sensitive to share, please call us instead.

We keep consultation and project information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, insurance, and warranty obligations. If we do not end up working together, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

We may update this policy when our business, our tools, or the law changes. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and a significant change will be noted on the site.
