Will you work from my architect's plans?
Yes. The Warminster addition was built from the homeowner's architect's plans. We check plans against structural needs and building codes, and our architect partner refines them if needed.
How long does a custom home take?
12 months or more. The Hilltown house, at 10,000 square feet with an elevator, took 14 months. Your timeline goes in writing with the budget before the contract.
