Who handles township permits and zoning?
We do. We file the permits and manage the zoning requirements for the job, and plans and engineering are settled before construction starts.
Can you tear down my house and build a new one on the lot?
Yes. The Upper Dublin custom home started with demolishing the original house, then a new foundation, framing, and finish work on the same lot.
How long does an addition take?
Additions run three months or more. Ours in Wyndmoor and Rockledge took three months, and Huntingdon Valley and Glenside took four. You get the timeline for your job in writing before the contract.
