These terms cover the website only. Construction work is governed by the separate written contract you sign with us, and if anything here conflicts with that contract, the contract controls.

This website describes the custom homes, additions, and renovations Giuliani Builders builds, shows examples of our work, and lets you request a free consultation or send us a message.

Nothing on this site is an offer to do work at a stated price. Timelines and budget ranges on the site describe past projects and typical jobs; yours are set in writing for your project.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but content may occasionally be out of date. We may change or remove content at any time.

Sending a form on this site is a request for a consultation. It does not create a contract and does not reserve a place on our schedule.

Every project is done under a written contract that describes the work, the approximate start and completion dates, and the total price. In Pennsylvania, home improvement contracts can be cancelled within three business days of signing, as the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act provides.

Work outside the agreed scope, including changes you ask for once work has started, is priced and approved in writing before we do it.

Giuliani Builders is registered as a home improvement contractor in Pennsylvania (PA 187206) and New Jersey (NJ 13VH13210100). You can check both numbers on the states' own search pages, linked from our Registered Contractor page.

When you upload photos or plans, you confirm that you have the right to share them.

You keep ownership of what you send. You allow us to use it to prepare for your consultation, plan and build your project, and keep records of the work.

We will not publish photos of your home on this site, on social media, or in marketing without asking you first.

The text, photographs, logos, and layout of this site belong to Giuliani Builders or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages for your own use in considering our services. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or the Giuliani Builders name and logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Send false or misleading information through any form
• Use the site for anything unlawful
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
• Introduce malware or interfere with how the site works
• Scrape or bulk-collect content or contact details
• Impersonate another person

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute about these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
